We invite you to the exhibition Habitat Graz at the Graz Museum which focuses on the city’s urban ecologies. The exhibition, which will be open through the end of February, exists at the intersection between art and urbanism, science and storytelling. Habitat Graz encourages its human visitors to learn more about our non-human neighbours and their urban environments.

The exhibition also presents part of the Mushrooms at the End of the World project by Polonca Lovšin that was produced within the Forest Encounters project.
Also shown in the exhibition is a section of artist’s books on the topic of the forest, created by students of art education at the University College of Teacher Education Styria in Graz under the guidance of Nayarí Castillo, another Forest Encounters artist.
In summer 2024, the Graz Museum received the prestigious Austrian Museum Prize for its valuable work. We offer our sincere congratulations to the museum and its staff, and are proud to be connected with this esteemed institution. We are also extremely pleased that the museum has generously hosted part of the Forest Encounters workshop on the topic of Graz’s forests.
